Stamping, Embossing, Spot UV Labels
The addition of using a plate in combination with the digital printing process allows you to add special elements that would not normally be added to digital labels. This will help give you that extra little “something” or that extra "oomph" you're looking for.
Hot Stamping - Due to the process of digital printing, adding a metallic color directly onto clear or wine paper with ink is not possible. However, this effect can be achieved through a foil stamping process. The metallic design is cut from our foil substrate and stamped on top of your label to achieve a dazzling metallic design.
Embossing - Often used in combination with foil or hologram stamping, embossing alters the surface of paper stock or other substrates by providing a three-dimensional or raised effect on selected areas. This is commonly used in wine, gourmet foods, and high-end beauty products.
Spot UV (Selective Varnish) - This process incorporates an additional layer of gloss varnish on top of the matte laminated label. That will allow to further outline specific elements of the label and create a unique look for your product line.
