Orders & Returns

Limited Liability 

  • Prism Packaging & Design Company accepts no liability for any ancillary damages incurred by you (the customer) for any printing errors, regardless of fault, beyond replacement of the erroneous labels.

Placing Orders

  • Due to the custom nature of our work, all orders are final once you have approved the final proofs. No changes of any kind can be made once approval is given.

  • Once we receive your signed proofs we can proceed with payment. An order cannot be placed until payment is received and successfully processed.

  • After we receive payment please allow 24 hours for your order confirmation. You can expect your tracking information within a few days from the point you receive your confirmation.

Taxes:

  • Prism Packaging charges sales tax on orders picked-up from or shipped to addresses in accordance with state and local regulations unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt, you need to send or fax to us your tax exemption certificate.

Payments

  • We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

  • PayPal

  • Wire Transfer

  • Cashiers Checks

 

Refunds​ | Cancellation

  • A job can be canceled at any time prior to customer’s approval of the final proof by submitting an email to your account manager.

  • There will be no refund or cancellation of any kind after the customer has approved the proof.

  • Prism Co. cannot accept any responsibility for erroneous content, colors, quantities, materials, or any other factor unless errors in the production process adversely affected the final results.

  • If you have inadvertently made a mistake in your order and the results are not to your needs, we will devote our best efforts to minimizing the cost and inconvenience of any re-runs required.

  • Beyond that assurance, see “Limitation of Liability” above.
